In sickness...

I have had some kind of crud on and off now for 2 weeks.  It started with me loosing my voice one day (out of the blue!) which my students, of course, found hysterical.  Got it back by that evening after coughing up a hunk of crud.  Was Ok the next day - then sick (sinuses - throat) the day after.  OK again, and then sick as a dog on Easter.  It has been weird - it keeps seeming it is going away, then comes back with a vengeance.  So it has continued until this morning when I really started hacking up a lung and decided it was time to finally call the doctor and found I am the lucky owner of a raging case of Bronchitis!  Yeah! 

Today was definitely one of the bad days.  I spent much of the day in the recliner sleeping.  (it has a back heater which feels exceptionally good right now.)  E and I went out for a short while so I could go to the doctor and we could go by PetSmart.  After an hour I was totally beat and could hardly keep my eyes open!  So back home and to the recliner.  E is spending the night at a neighbors house tonight and I spent most of it dozing.

So here is to hoping the horse pill antibiotics the doctor gave me work REALLY soon.  The expectorant seems to be doing its job at least.
